291 Oxford Street & 2 Harewood Place, London W1

Jerram Falkus have now commenced construction works on this major office extension and refurbishment project in the very heart of London’s West End.

The £5.25 million project for Lord Sugar’s Amsprop development company is a logistical challenge due to the restrictions imposed by its location. Our close working relationship with Amsprop and their design team should ensure a high quality completion by late Spring 2011.

Architects for the project are Morey Smith and the Projects Managers & QS's are JJ2.
