Design & Construction of a Two Storey Primary School
A new two storey block comprising of ground floor class bases, with a step lift down to the existing main building. The new facility also includes girls and boys toilets, changing rooms and a glazed link with a step lift to the existing annexe block. A first floor staff room and toilets are accessed by a lift service. The works undertaken also include complete Mechanical & Electrical Service Installations with links to existing building services and boiler upgrade.
Adaptation works to the annexe block comprised of alterations to form new accessible doors in to existing annexe block from new link and forming new windows in an existing wall.
Adaptation works to the main building include alterations to room layouts in nursery area and adaptation to the boiler room to form new link corridor.
